Mill & Dough helps home bakers make equipment decisions with a clear purpose. We focus on flour milling and the small-batch baking routine around it: collecting flour, mixing dough, managing space, and deciding whether a purchase adds value.
A research-based starting point
Our launch publication contains ten equipment and practical guides, a setup finder, and a milling-cost calculator. We use manufacturer documentation and model-specific comparisons. We have not carried out hands-on product testing, so we do not present the guides as lab reviews or claim measured winners.
